Low level pasteurized non-homogenized whole milk from cows that are predominantly grass-fed. Snowville Creamery Milk is a great alternative to conventionally produced milk! The use by date is 14 days from the time of packaging, but dont be surprised if it lasts as long as 20 days. You may notice small lumps of sweet cream in your milk as the date on the carton draws near.
